Project 52 : 2020
Week No. 35 : More than one
Thinking of ideas for this prompt, my mind kept returning to this image of clementines I took when I visited France in 2017. The colours are so vivid and I love the way that the fruit are displayed in rough wooden crates. It made me aware of how many reasons there are to get out and visit new places as you never know what you might discover.
Week No. 36 : Something small
There are so many small creatures that live alongside us in our small world. Sometimes we are more aware of them than others. When you are surrounded by nature and their natural habitat, it is amazing to marvel at their colours and patterns and it stops our world for a moment, making us aware we share the same planet.
Week No. 37 : Symmetry
Lakes create a little pool of magic. The sky reflects in the brown water and makes it turn a beautiful blue and trees multiply in its reflection which makes you question reality. They evoke fairytale stories and create an idealist world to escape to, which is what we all need from time to time.
Week No. 38 : Leading Lines
"Like a bridge over troubled water, I will ease your mind..." At the moment, everyone is consumed with finding the bridge over the current troubles that are presenting problems in different ways for all of us. But these lyrics always remind me to stop and appreciate the small things, and not be afraid to tell people your problems. There is no river too wide to find a way over it.
